Pre-Listing Inspection for the Seller
Most homes I inspect are not seller ready. I will walk through your client's home and highlight defects that other inspectors will report and offer cost effective recommendations to get your client's house ready for the market.
Pre-Purchase Inspection from the Buyer
Full service inspection including Radon and WDI (termite inspection). As a buyer you usually have 10 to 15 days for an inspection. I work 24/7 and can get the inspection and report done usually in a couple days. I will arrange HVAC inspections by certified technicians. I am also a certified pool inspector by the National Swimming Pool Foundation. Follow-up service and communication through the negotiation is always included.
New Construction & Renovation Inspection
